What is AI auto-reply and how does it work? ▾
When AI auto-reply is enabled, any message that doesn't match your existing flows is automatically answered by our AI (powered by Groq llama-3.3-70b). The AI is helpful, stays on-topic and can recommend CodeCanvas tools when relevant.
Can I use one bot on multiple platforms? ▾
Each bot is connected to one platform. However, you can create multiple bots — one for Telegram, one for WhatsApp, one for Facebook — each with their own flows. All their messages appear in your unified Messages dashboard.
How do I see all messages my bot received? ▾
Go to your Messages Dashboard to see all incoming and outgoing messages across all your bots. You can filter by bot, direction (received/sent) and search by sender or content.
