2. Description of Service

CodeCanvas provides free online tools for developers and designers, including but not limited to: code formatters, hash generators, color tools, AI-powered assistants, and automation bot management.

3. User Accounts

• You must be 13 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per person — multiple accounts may be terminated

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use CodeCanvas to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Send spam, phishing or malicious content through automation bots
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or harvest data from our platform
• Use our AI tools to generate harmful, illegal or deceptive content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Impersonate other individuals or organizations

5. Automation Bots

When using our bot automation features, you are responsible for:

• Complying with the terms of service of connected platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)
• Obtaining proper permissions to send messages to your users
• Complying with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• The content of all messages sent through your bots

6. Intellectual Property

CodeCanvas and its tools are owned by us. You retain ownership of any content you create using our tools. We do not claim any rights over your code, designs or outputs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CodeCanvas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our tools are error-free, secure or continuously available. Tool outputs (especially AI-generated content) should be reviewed before use in production.

8. Limitation of Liability

CodeCanvas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including data loss, revenue loss or system downtime.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of CodeCanvas after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
